Peggy-You weren’t doing anything wrong…I just never put my links in the post! ugh…I must be losing it! LOL…you can give it a try now and they links are working great!
I can’t download the fonts, either. They’re beautiful and I’d love to have them. Thank you for sharing all your beautiful work!
Hi Dana– The links are working now! Sorry about the mishap!
If i download this will it put a virus on my computer?
No virus. Just make sure which ever font you want to download, you click on the NAME of the font. It will bring you to the website that has the font available. All links are safe!
Hi Heather,
I am sure I am doing something wrong, but when I download the font i’m not sure how to get it to my silhouette, can you help??
Kathy- I don’t have a silhouette, so I am not sure of how that process works! Maybe someone with a Silhouette can chime in!!
Are these .pes format?
I would also like to know is these are in pes format. Thanks they are beautiful!
Did you get an answer to this about PES formatting?
My spyware is telling me that the sites that are used are reknown for viruses, did anyone come across this?
Sarah-
I only link to quality, well-known sites..the one’s I most commonly use are dafont.com, 1001fonts.com and fontspace.com. I literally have hundreds of fonts installed on my computer from these sites and have never had an issue! Hope that helps.
hi!,I like your writing very much! share we communicate extra about your article on AOL?
I need an expert on this space to solve my problem. May
be that’s you! Having a look forward to peer you.
Loved the article, Heather! I found it easy to install the fonts and they were absolutely beautiful. I will be incorporating them into some designs on my own site:)
Great! Thanks for stopping by!
I downloaded a few of the fonts from your post. My embroidery machine only uses a .pes or a .dst file and they’re saving as .ttf ……I wasn’t sure how you were getting these fonts to your embroidery machine because I can’t figure out how! Thanks!
I think a lot of us are having this issue.
Thank you so much for sharing! The information is going to be very helpful!
Ttf mean true type font. That means it’s just a type font…but my baby lock will convert itin letter works but I’ll have to figure it out. Look for ttf on your software. I’ll download these and get back to you.
just wanted to tell the group that is having problems converting these fonts to a file that their embroidery machines can understand there are free programs out there that will convert files for you for your embroidery machine. Do a search, this might help. For all those that are following this link even in
J.
Do you know how I can get these fonts to show up in my Cricut? I am also using a MacBook Pro.
Callie, are you using Cricut design space? If you are then you download the ttf font and add to your fonts folder on your computer. Once in design space you choose system fonts to the right under the edit tab. You will find all your true type fonts there and the new font that you download will be there. If you are signed into design space first and download the font to your computer make sure you sign out and back in for the font to be become available.
Goodluck!!
These fonts/monograms are beautiful and I would love to have them to use w:my embroidery sewing machine and Cricut. I,however, am not so techno savvy and cannot figure out how to obtain them. Am I supposed to pick individual letters and press download or by simply pressing download will the entire collection be selected? So far, I thought I had tried both and nothing has happened. If it is not a problem, would you give me specific directions? I actually would love to have an entire collection of one of the designs to use on a project.
Thanks for your time!
I know this response is a few years after the original post, so I’m not sure if anyone will see it. These are not embroidery fonts. Unless you convert them to .pes or whatever type of file your embroidery machine uses, you won’t be able to use them for an embroidery monogram. They are .ttf files or true type font, and they are meant to be used on your computer. I think with digitizing software you could probably digitize the letters and save them as your file type of choice. I’m not sure about circuit or silhouette or any of the vinyl cutting machines/software. Hope this helps someone.
I’m not finding the link to download the 10 free monogram fonts.
Belinda- They a link to each font is listed at the bottom of the post. Hope that helps!
