10 Recipes for Orange Essential Oil & Free Printable

My love of essential oils continues to grow on a regular basis and one of my absolute favorites is orange essential oil! I have found lots and lots of recipes for orange essential oil that have proven to be amazing, so I thought I would share a few of my favorites with you!

Essential Oil Recipe Supply List

Because I make a lot of recipes using essential oils, there seems to be a common number of items I like to keep on hand to be able to make a recipe at any time. Here are the things I use frequently:

• orange essential oil
• glass dropper bottle
• glass spray bottle
• castile soap
• foamer bottle
• coconut oil
• sealed glass jars

Recipes for Orange Essential Oil

Air Freshener

Add 10 drops each of orange, cinnamon and clove essential oil to a spray bottle. Fill with water and spray in each room.

Mouthwash

1 c distilled or boiled water, 2 drops clove essential oil, 2 drops each of cinnamon and orange essential oil, 1 drop ginger essential oil. Mix in clean container. Shake before use.

Grease Cleaner

1 1/4 c distilled water, 2 T castile soap, 20 drops orange essential oil. Add to glass spray bottle.

Foaming Hand Soap

1 T castile soap, 10 drops orange essential oil, distilled or filtered water. Mix in foamer bottle.

Orange Sugar Scrub

1 c sugar, 1/2 c fractionated coconut oil, 20 drops orange essential oil. Mix together and store in airtight glass container.

Teeth Whitener

Dip toothbrush into baking soda, add 1 drop of orange essential oil to baking soda. Brush and rinse.

Blues Buster

Add 3-4 drops of orange essential oil to diffuser for an uplifting feeling.

Hair Detangler

1 oz. aloe vera gel, 2 drops each orange, rosemary and lavender essential oils, 1/4 t apple cider vinegar, 1 oz filtered water. Add to glass spray bottle and shake to combine.

All-Purpose Cleaner

15 oz each: vinegar and water, 30 drops orange essential oil. Mix in spray bottle.

Water Flavoring

Add 2-3 drops orange essential oil to water (in a glass or stainless steel water bottle, if you use plastic the essential oil will eat away at the plastic) for a refreshing flavor.
